Are YOU Suffering From Knee Pain?
My name’s Nash, I’m the proud owner and director of T4 Physio in Bolton. One of the areas I specialise in is knee pain because I have had issues with my knee. I have a background in sport as I used to play football at a high level, but then I sustained a knee injury which affected my career to the point where I could no longer play at that standard anymore. As a result of my knee injury, I had several screws placed in my knee.
When it comes to understanding knee pain, I’ve had personal experience and I know exactly what many of my patients go through. One of the key things that the knee joint does is allows you to be more functional and perform activities like running, walking, and squatting. So whether you just want to walk your dog or an athlete at the top of your game, knee pain can be life-limiting and can discourage you from doing the activities you love most.
One of the things we emphasise at T4 Physio when it comes to treating patients is that we obsess over the journey. That means before your treatment we want to provide you with the information needed to ensure that you’re comfortable in coming to us and to ensure that we are the best place we can be to help you. Some questions that come through to us from people who have never had physio before express concerns and hesitancy that they think they have to remove all of their clothes for treatment. Rest assured, this is not the case! To ease concerns, we have put together a guide where we explain exactly what to expect from a physio session. Also, you can always give us a call leading up to your consultation and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you might have. I can help you avoid- Avoid surgery and the concerns that go with it

We’ve helped thousands of people in Bolton get relief from their knee symptoms and one of the biggest beliefs we hold in terms of treatment is that we believe people shouldn’t have to resort to chronic medication usage.
This means if you’re taking medication for your knee injury for more than 3 months, it can potentially cause long-term harm such as addiction and dependency. You shouldn’t have to put up with that or accept it as your only viable option. We believe in delivering 100% natural treatment and avoiding the risks associated with painkillers, injections and surgery.
