As a runner myself, I’ve encountered many of the issues you may be thinking of.
I love to keep fit and remain active myself, so I know what it feels like when you are unable to get out there running because of injury.
I work with lots of runners dealing with persistent injuries or issues that persist despite prior physiotherapy attempts. Many have sought help elsewhere and attempted various treatments but have left disappointed because their pain relief isn’t long-lasting. This is because many practices treat the impacted area rather treat the body holistically. Hence, I prioritise identifying the root cause of their problems which will bring them the relief they are looking for.
